Regina Lumsden is a passionate therapeutic bodywork therapist and holistic movement practitioner. Her love for dance began at a young age in Brazil, where she trained in ballet, modern dance, jazz, and NIA dance.
Seeking to deepen her understanding of movement therapy, she studied Eurythmy and Spatial Dynamics in England, applying these practices to both children and adults.
Regina also incorporated Waldorf’s Sensory Integration and Neuro-Developmental Movement Therapy into her teaching at a Waldorf school, incorporating circus arts activities.
Guided by her clients’ experiences, Regina empowers individuals to find relief from physical and emotional pain, discover inner balance, and embrace inner peace.
Through her workshops on “Conscious Movement,” she helps participants become more aware of their body mechanics and energy movement that promote healthier alignment, reducing pain and stress.
As a licensed massage therapist since 1997, Regina specialized in deep tissue work and myofascial release have shown her the profound healing potential of addressing the mind-body connection. A near-fatal accident in 2007 further solidified her understanding, leading her to prioritize healing bodywork therapy.
